“It’s all about portion control for me,” Mama June said in an interview. “It’s not easy to eat like your ‘supposed to’ and hit the gym all the time, but I’m just trying to maintain it the best I can.” She also told the interviewer that she’ll often sleep in until 1 p.m. to avoid eating breakfast. While that’s certainly not recommended, we’re happy if she is happy.
